Trading in the Forex market involves financial risks, and although the software is designed to operate efficiently, we do not guarantee specific profits or results. You understand and accept all financial and market risks associated with the use of AIFinex software.
c. Account Security and Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account access credentials secure and confidential. Do not share your MT5 credentials with third parties. Any activity carried out in your account is your responsibility.
To use AIFinex, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. By accepting these terms, you warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.
AIFinex and its services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services or the information provided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal and non-commercial purposes. AIFinex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or made unauthorized use of our services.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom, without regard to conflicts of legal provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
AIFinex reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective upon the publication of the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
In case of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Use, you agree to first contact us to seek a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Your Arbitration Association in London, United Kingdom, except where prohibited by law.
